Terms of service
The terms for using Fekra's AI creative tools, workspaces, subscriptions and credits.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Fekra is an independently operated creative platform based in Egypt.
For service, privacy or refund requests, email info@fekra.design.
These terms govern your use of Fekra at offbeat-hub.com, including its creative tools, accounts and workspaces. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Fekra for an agency or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information. Our Refund policy explains payment refunds and cancellation.
2. The service
Fekra provides AI-assisted tools for ideas, images, booth and retail concepts, branded giveaways, presentations and related creative work. Access depends on your plan, available credits, account permissions and the availability of the underlying services. Fekra supplies digital software services; it does not manufacture booths or giveaways or provide engineering approval.
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, inconsistent views, distorted branding or material similar to other outputs. You must review outputs before using them with clients, publishing them or commissioning production. Measurements, structural safety, materials, intellectual-property clearance and regulatory compliance require your own appropriate checks. No particular creative result, exclusivity or fitness for fabrication is guaranteed.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. Each seat is for one person. Do not share a login to bypass seat limits. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Agency owners are responsible for inviting authorized members and managing their access. Content shared into a workspace or campaign may be available to its authorized members. A Freelancer plan is for an individual and does not include shared workspace or team administration.
4. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that material to the service providers needed to operate Fekra, produce your requested outputs, deliver support and protect the service. Only upload briefs, logos, photographs, personal information and other material you have the right to use and share for this purpose.
As between you and Fekra, we do not claim ownership of your generated outputs. You may use them, including commercially, subject to applicable law, third-party rights and any terms that apply to source material. AI generation does not itself establish copyright ownership or guarantee that an output can be used without clearance.
You must not use Fekra to break the law, infringe rights, create exploitative or abusive material, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malware, bypass security or usage limits, access another customer's content without permission, or disrupt the service. Fekra's software, branding and underlying service remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Pricing, payment and credits
The selected plan, included seats and credit allowance are shown on our pricing page and before purchase. Displayed prices are in USD before tax unless stated otherwise. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for online purchases, handling payment and applicable transaction taxes. Its Buyer Terms apply to those transactions alongside these service terms.
- Monthly subscriptions: Freelancer, Boutique and Growth renew each month until canceled. The billing period and next charge are shown in your billing information. Included credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over.
- Agency pilot: a one-time purchase provides 30 days of access with the advertised seats and credits. It is available once per agency and does not automatically become a subscription.
- Top-ups: purchased credit packs are one-time purchases, expire 90 days after they are granted, and do not renew or extend your subscription. An active eligible plan is required to generate.
- Additional seats: eligible agency plans can purchase recurring extra seats. They share the plan's credit pool and do not add credits. Any prorated charge is shown before confirmation.
- AI usage: credits are internal usage units, not currency, stored money or a guaranteed number of results. Usage varies by task and model. Generation limits and balances apply. Failed technical operations are handled under our Refund policy.
Access or generation may pause when a paid period expires, payment fails or sufficient credits are unavailable. We will communicate changes to recurring prices before they take effect and obtain consent where required. Changes do not remove rights attached to a payment already made.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop subscription renewal in Billing & credits using Cancel subscription, or through the subscription link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle support. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Ordinary cancellation leaves access available for the remainder of the paid period. Signing out, stopping use or requesting account deletion is not a substitute for canceling renewal.
We offer a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of a payment, including subscription renewals, pilots, top-ups and seat payments, without a usage restriction. See the Refund policy for how to request one and what happens to access and credits. Mandatory legal rights and any more favorable applicable Paddle rights are preserved.
7. Availability, suspension and ending access
Maintenance, provider interruptions and technical failures may affect availability. We may restrict access when necessary to address nonpayment, abuse, a security threat or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
You may request account closure by email. Export work you need before closing your account. Our Privacy notice describes retention of records after closure. Suspension or closure does not remove your applicable refund rights.
8. Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses or losses caused by reliance on an AI output without appropriate review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a service we fail to provide.
These service terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you live. Paddle's transaction terms separately govern its relationship with you. Please contact us first about a service dispute so we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you from exercising legal rights.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email before taking effect where required. Changes will not retrospectively reduce refund rights for existing purchases. If you disagree with a change, you can stop using Fekra and cancel future renewal.
