Refund policy
Our 14-day refund promise, how to request a refund and how to stop subscription renewal.
Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your payment. This applies to initial subscription payments, renewals, agency pilots, credit packs and additional-seat payments. You do not need to leave credits unused or avoid using the service to qualify.
1. Our 14-day refund promise
If you request a refund within 14 calendar days after a payment, we will approve a full refund of that payment and arrange for Paddle to process it. No explanation is required. Using Fekra or consuming credits during this period does not remove this promise. It applies to individuals and agencies.
After 14 days, contact us about duplicate charges, an incorrect payment or a service failure so we can investigate an appropriate remedy. We do not otherwise promise a refund solely for unused time or unused credits after the 14-day period. This does not limit mandatory legal rights or any more favorable refund or withdrawal rights applicable through Paddle.
2. How to request a refund
- Email info@fekra.design with the subject Fekra refund request, or visit Paddle support and select the refund option.
- Include your account email and, if available, your Paddle receipt or transaction reference, payment date and the payment you want refunded. We can help locate the payment if you do not have its reference.
- If you want to end a recurring plan as well, tell us or cancel renewal in Billing & credits. We will confirm the refund and any subscription action separately.
Do not send your password, full card number or card security code. The date you first send the request determines whether it is within our 14-day window.
3. Payment processing and timing
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes monetary refunds. We do not require store credit instead of a refund. Paddle normally returns approved refunds to the original payment method, within 14 days of approval; your payment provider may need additional time to display it. Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms explain its processing and statutory withdrawal procedures. Our refund promise above is an additional Fekra commitment.
4. Access and credits after a refund
A refund reverses the corresponding purchase. Remaining credits and access supplied by that purchase may be withdrawn. Using credits before requesting a refund within 14 days does not reduce the amount refunded. A refund of one payment does not necessarily cancel the underlying recurring subscription, so check the renewal status or ask us to arrange cancellation.
Refund requests are handled through support and Paddle; the Fekra cancellation button does not itself issue a refund.
5. Canceling future payments
Open Billing & credits and select Cancel subscription, or use the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle support. Cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next charge. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing until then.
The agency pilot and credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. A pilot does not automatically turn into a subscription. Signing out, deleting an app shortcut or stopping use does not stop subscription renewal.
6. Failed generations
Credits reserved for a generation that fails because of a platform or provider error should be released or restored. If that does not happen, contact support with the job or result reference. Credit restoration for a failed task is separate from a monetary refund. A completed result that you dislike normally uses credits, but does not remove your 14-day payment-refund entitlement.
